The Communications Operator position requires excellent guest relations skills and multi-tasking ability. Throughout a shift, the Communications Operator is responsible for answering phone calls, monitoring in-park radio traffic, and following protocols in states of emergency. Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to use a computer.

The Park Services Attendant position is ideal for someone who can complete job responsibilities with minimum supervision and take initiative to greet guests throughout the park and assist them by providing information about the park, attractions, and special events. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness throughout assigned areas, disposing of trash, maintaining clean and stocked restrooms. Desirable traits include attention to detail, enthusiasm, and initiative. Must be able to walk extensively, stand, lift, and bend throughout shift.

The Cook position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, work well in teams, and can multi-task. Cooks are responsible for maintaining sanitation and health standards while preparing and cooking food to order, as well as operating large-volume cooking equipment. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to stand throughout shift.

The Lifeguard position requires responsible, dedicated personnel to ensure safety of our guests, provide constant surveillance of pools and attractions, and respond to emergencies. An American Red Cross certification is required, and classes are available on-site. Must have a flexible schedule and stand throughout shift.

The First Aid/EMT position requires a higher form of first aid and/or EMS training, which can include EMT basic or Paramedic certifications, RN, or other similar certifications. Responsibilities include providing basic first aid to employees and guests, as well as responding to emergencies throughout the park. Must have excellent guest relations skills and a flexible schedule.

The gift shop/game room attendant position requires enthusiasm and initiative to greet guests and assist them by providing information about the park, attractions, and special events. Desired traits include attention to detail, creativity, organization, and working well with kids and teens. Applicants must pass a math and cash handling test, stand for the duration of their shift, and have excellent guest relations skills.

The Park Maintenance position is ideal for someone who can complete job responsibilities with minimum supervision and is knowledgeable in maintenance work. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on park equipment, repair work as assigned, operating heavy machinery, and preparing park grounds and landscaping for daily opening. Must be able to lift moderate-to-heavy objects, walk extensively, and stand, lift, and bend throughout shift.

There are many locations for the Guest Services Associate position throughout the park, including Admissions, Season Pass, Parking, Turnstile, and Food and Beverage. This position requires enthusiasm and initiative to greet guests and assist them by providing information about the park, attractions, and special events. Desired traits include ability to complete tasks quickly and exceptional communication skills. Applicants must pass a math and cash handling test, stand for the duration of their shift, and have excellent guest relations skills.

The Celebration Expert position requires enthusiastic, energetic personnel that display an advanced level of customer service. There are many locations for the Celebration Expert position throughout the park, including Cabanas, Birthday Parties, and Catering events. Responsibilities include directing guests to the designated area for their party or cabana, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning up cabanas and the Birthday Deck, and adhering to strict party timing schedules. Desirable traits include time management skills, organization, and multi-tasking abilities. Applicants must pass a math and cash handling test, walk extensively, stand, lift, and bend throughout shift, and have a flexible schedule.

The Bartender position is ideal for someone with an outgoing personality, multi-tasking abilities, and an advanced level of customer service. Responsibilities include serving and pouring alcoholic beverages, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, and attending the bar. Applicants must pass a math and cash handling test, have a flexible schedule, and stand throughout shift.

The Control Room Attendant position requires responsible, detail-oriented personnel that can work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include counting and auditing money, preparing, transporting, and picking up money from various park locations, and balancing the safe. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality, have a flexible schedule, and complete tasks efficiently and with precision.

The Ride Operator position requires responsible, dedicated personnel to ensure safe operation of the Zipline. Responsibilities also include assisting with loading and unloading of the ride, collecting valid tickets from guests, excellent guest relations skills, and a flexible schedule. Must be able to stand for duration of shift.
